Nearby airports are Bournemouth (BOH) and Southampton (SOU) otherwise it is best to use a London airport. Heathrow (LHR) is the easiest London airport to get to the area via bus or car (1.5h off-peak). Alternatively, trains leave from Gatwick (LGW) Airport (2h). At Stansted (STN) it is best to hire a car and travel at off-peak times as the M25 motorway gets very busy. If you also plan to visit London you might consider London City airport or take the underground from Heathrow Airport or the Stansted Express to London.
Get there by car
From Stansted take the M11 towards London, then the M25 to Heathrow Airport. From Heathrow take the M25 south then the M3 to Southampton and continue on the M27 West. From Gatwick you can go via Petersfield or Chichester and then towards Portsmouth and the M27 to Southampton and the West.
